Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation signifies our acceptance of your order. SymaToyStore reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. SymaToyStore is both a reseller to end user customers and also a wholesalers for any other retailers, dealers, or other customers who intend to resell our products. Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, SymaToyStore shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SymaToyStore shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SymaToyStore shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
Every third party product you buy from SymaToyStore is backed first by the product manufacture's warranty. SymaToyStore's 90 day limited warranty against defects, also applies. SymaToyStore's 90 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacture or SymaToyStore. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacture or SymaToyStore will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 90 days of ownership only. After 90 days the product manufacture warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture. SymaToyStore will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufactures. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please contact us and we will provide you the necessary information on getting your product exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by SymaToyStore.
Limitation of Liability
The customer agrees that SymaToyStore is not responsible for any damages related to the purchase of products, software, or services from SymaToyStore that may occur, and the customer assumes the entire cost of any damage resulting from the use of products and/or interaction (or failure to interact properly) with any products, software, or services provided by SymaToyStore. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will SymaToyStore be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, hardware or software disruption, impairment or failure, repair costs, time value, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the products purchased from SymaToyStore, or the incompatibility of software with any hardware, software or usage, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages from a third party. SymaToyStore shall not be responsible for losses that may occur from exchange rates, or from currency conversions, that take place, and the customer accepts the exchange rate or currency conversion offered by SymaToyStore and its partners at the time of purchase. SymaToyStore does not accept liability for personal system/hardware damages and/or lost or corrupted data (firmware/software) that may occur do to improper use of a product or from the use of malicious programs or viruses obtained by the customer.
